Please note we are currently in the process of converting, revising and uploading the administrative regulations. This work is being done in conjunction with the Office of the Counsel to the Governor of American Samoa. Without that office’s cooperation and assistance this project would not be possible. The work to be completed involves adding new titles currently under construction and, where appropriate, updating presently functional ones to include later changes and additions to those Titles by the agencies involved.
