4.1008 Filing requirements.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 4.1008 ]Each agency shall file with the Secretary of American Samoa, the clerk of the House of. Representatives, and the secretary of the Senate a certified copy of each rule adopted by it, and of all rules in effect on the effective date of this chapter.
