6.0105 Applicability.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 6.0105 ]Chapters 01 through 12 of this title shall apply to all elections, general, special or run-off, held in the Territory, under all voting systems used within the Territory, so far as applicable and not inconsistent herewith.
