7.0210 False statements in employment application.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 7.0210 ]Any person who willfully makes false statements concerning a material matter on any application for employment with the government shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $100, or imprisoned for not more than 6 months, or both.
