7.0601 Prohibited from entering private business.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 7.0601 ]The Director shall provide in contracts with contract employees a provision prohibiting them from engaging in private business in American Samoa, either directly or indirectly in any form whatsoever, during the terms of their contracts.
