All nonfederal or nonfederally assisted projects, contractors, subcontractors, developers, consultants, appraisers, and other technical specialists will be informed by ASG that anyone seeking a contract with ASG must undertake a program of equal employment opportunity. Any company or individual discriminating in his/her employment practices on the basis of race, creed, color, religion, sex, or national origin will not be eligible for contracts with ASG. It will be the responsibility of the EEOCO to monitor these procedures and activities for compliance, and to undertake any necessary corrective measures.
