(a) Customers or prospective customers should inform the utility in writing as early as possible of contemplated installations in order that details for furnishing service may be planned. This is particularly true with respect to persons desiring service beyond the existing electric distribution lines of the utility; written applications for such service should be made before wiring installations arc started.
(b) Consumers must make written applications for electric service and execute an easement on utility standard forms and pay the necessary deposits and connection charges. No application is complete until such payments have been made.History: Rule 4-80, eff 1 Apr 80, Written Application.
