Cement and concrete work means to proportion, batch, and mix aggregates consisting of sand, gravel, crushed rock, or other inert materials having clean uncoated grains of strong and durable minerals, cement, and water or to do any part or any combination of any thereof, in such a manner that under an agreed specification, acceptable mass, pavement, flat, and other cement and concrete work can be poured, placed, finished, and installed, including the placing of forms and formwork necessary for the performance of work deformed in this section.History: Contractors Lic.
