Steel reinforcing and erection means to fabricate, place, and tie steel reinforcing bard (rod) and to erect structural steel shapes and plates, of any profile, perimeter, or cross-section, that are or may be used to reinforce concrete or as structural members for buildings and structures, including riveting, welding, and rigging only in connection therewise, in such a manner that steel reinforcing and structural work can be fabricated and erected.History: Contractors Lic.
