24.0157 Injunction enforcing order.

In the event the procedures outlined in 24.0155 and 24.0156 are followed and the offender falls to comply with the order issued by the commission, the commission, in addition to other remedies set out in this chapter, may apply to the High Court of American Samoa for an injunction requiring the offender to cease doing business until such time as the offender furnishes definitive plans and specifications, satisfactory to the commission, to show compliance with Chapter 24.01 A.S.C.A., the rules pursuant thereto, and the orders of the commission. When the offender furnishes the plans called for under this section the commission shall immediately petition the High Court to lift such injunction.
