The floors, walls, and ceilings, partitions, posts, doors, and other parts of all structures shall be of such materials, construction, and finish as will permit them to be readily and thoroughly cleaned. The floors shall be of nonabsorbent material, concrete or tile, and water-tight, and shall be kept cleaned and in good repair.
