46.4116 Possession of a forging instrumentality.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 46.4116](a) A person commits the crime of possession of a forging instrumentality if, with the purpose of committing forgery, he makes, causes to be made or possesses any device for making or altering any writing.
(b) Possession of a forging instrumentality is a class C felony.
