42.0444 Application of payments where more than one order exists.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 42.0444]No order of support issued by the district court acting as a responding state may supersede any other order of support, but the amounts for a particular period paid pursuant to either order shall be credited against amounts accruing or accrued for the same period under both.
