22.0216 Conviction defined.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 22.0216]As used in 22.0211 through 22.0215, “conviction” includes those offenses to which a person pleads guilty by utilizing the procedure set forth in this title for payment of fine in lieu of court appearance.
