22.0405 Soliciting rides-Creating a hazard.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 22.0405](a) No person may stand in a roadway for the purpose of soliciting a ride from the driver of any vehicle.
(b) No person may sit, lie, or loiter in a roadway in a manner as to constitute a hazard to himself or to vehicular traffic.
