24.0155 Emergency restraining orders.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 24.0155]Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the Commission, upon receipt of evidence that a pollution source or combination of sources is presenting imminent and substan-tial endangerment to the health and welfare of persons or the environment, may bring a suit to immediately restrain any person causing or contributing to such pollution.
