24.0303 Office established-Budget.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 24.0303]There is created within the Executive branch of the government an Office of Marine and Wildlife Resources. The head of that office is a Director appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Legislature. An office budget shall be included in the Governor’s annual budget submitted to the Legislature.
