27.1014 Custody of imports.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 27.1014]All imports destined for American Samoa shall be landed and removed by the carrier to a warehouse or other suitable place which the Port Director shall provide, shall be taken into custody there by the Treasurer, and shall be released only on the Treasurer’s order.
