27.1037 Conflict of interests.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 27.1037]No person employed in the customs office may be concerned directly or indirectly with the importation of articles into American Samoa, or shall own any interest in a vessel used for such purpose, or shall act as the agent, attorney or consignee in connection with imports.
