29.1573 Preliminary proof of loss.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 29.1573]When preliminary proof of loss is required by a policy, the insured is not bound to give such proof as would be necessary in a court of justice, but it is sufficient for him to give the best evi-dence in his power at the time.
