30.0305 Permit-Required.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 30.0305]No foreign corporation may transact any business in American Samoa without first procuring a permit from the Governor to do so. Any foreign corporation which has transacted business in American Samoa since 1 January 1954 may continue to do so for 4 months after the effective date of this chapter without a permit.
