31.0325 Improper documents.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 31.0325](a) A notary shall not notarize a signature:
(1) on a blank or incomplete document; or
(2) on a document without notarial certificate wording.
(b) A notary shall neither certify not authenticate a photograph.
