Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 31.0334](a) A notary shall keep, maintain, protect, and provide for lawful inspection a chronological official journal of notarial acts that is a permanently bound book with numbered pages.
(b) A notary shall keep no more than one active journal at the same time.
