31.0363 Impersonation.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 31.0363]Any person not a notary who knowingly acts as or otherwise impersonates a notary is guilty of a Class D felony, punishable upon conviction by a fine of not more than $5,000, or imprisonment for not more than five years, or both.
