31.0712 Violation-Penalty.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 31.0712](a) Any person who is convicted of any violation of this chapter, or any rule duly promul-gated under this chapter, is guilty of a class C misdemeanor.
(b) Each day of violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
