32.0346 Violation of confidential records provisions.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 32.0346](a) Any person who divulges information in violation of section 32.0308 is guilty of a class B misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be sentenced accordingly.
(b) Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
