32.0348 Violation-Penalty.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 32.0348](a) Any employer who knowingly violates any provision of this chapter or any rule or order issued under authority of this chapter is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
(b) Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
