13.0238 Severability.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 13.0238]The provisions of this act are severable. If any provision of this Act or its application to any person or circumstances is held invalid in a Court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this act that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
