13.1021 Counterfeiting controlled substance unlawful.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 13.1021](a) Except as authorized by the Director, it is unlawful for any person to deliver, dispense, distribute, produce, manufacture, or possess with intent to deliver, dispense, distribute, produce, or manufacture a counterfeit of a controlled substance.
(b) Any person who violates this section is guilty of a crime, and upon conviction may be imprisoned for not more than 10 years, or fined not more than $10,000, or both.
