20.0210 Inspections.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 20.0210]The Board shall inspect, or cause to be inspected by a duly authorized representative, each vessel registered under this chapter. Such inspections shall be at reasonable times and places as the Board shall direct and shall be conducted at least once a year and at such other times as the Board shall deem necessary.
