If the Territorial Registrar is satisfied that the claim, certificate, and petition are in proper form, he must give notice of the filing of the claim by posting a notice thereof, in both the English and Samoan languages, on the bulletin board at the front of the High Court and in two other public places.History: 1962, PL 7-38; 1968, PL 10-61.
