Kalolo Stowers v. American Samoa Government & Faatula Samana v. American Samoa Government, High Court Appellate Division Case Nos. 03-01 & 12-01, Decided March 24, 2003 – consolidated criminal appeal involving the right to a trial by jury in American Samoa

Alamoana Mulitauaopele v. American Samoa Government, High Court Appellate Division Case No. 96-01, Decided November 3, 2003 – disapproved the use of drug courier profile evidence in drug possession prosecutions

Joe Pedro v. American Samoa Government, High Court Appellate Division Case No. 18-00 – clarified limitations on trial court to increase term of probation after service of sentence begins
